The short answer is no. Today’s technology allows us many ways for you to retain our firm. We utilize a secure web portal when you sign up where you will have continued access throughout your case and can review and pay your initial invoice. Our Fee Agreements are generally sent via email using Adobe Sign to take advantage of a paperless option. Of course, if you prefer, you may always set up an appointment to come into our physical office and sign your initiating documents and pay invoices.

We appreciate your interest in our legal services and wanted to provide some clarification regarding the types of cases we handle.

While we value every client inquiry we receive, We want to inform you that we do not specialize in employment law cases. Our focus and expertise lie in family law, wills and estate planning, criminal, juvenile, bankruptcy & general litigation.

We understand that employment law is a critical field that requires specific knowledge and experience. It would be in your best interest to seek out an attorney who specializes in employment law to ensure you receive the most effective representation.

However, if you have any other legal matters within the scope of our practice areas, we would be more than happy to discuss how we can assist you.

Thank you for considering our services, and we wish you the best of luck in finding the right attorney to address your employment law concerns.

Your fee depends on the nature of your case. Some cases for instance are charged a one time flat fee. Other cases, such as contested divorces and custody cases, are charged an initial up front non-refundable flat fee retainer that is immediately credited to your account and services are then billed at hourly rates.

You will receive representation according to terms specifically set out in your Fee Agreement. All services are tailored to fit your case.

While we value every potential client inquiry and will discuss your matter to verify the nature of your case, there are several areas of practice that we do not offer. We generally do not offer Employment discrimination, Social Security, Federal Civil Rights, claims against the City, State, or Federal Government (including prisons and jail conditions cases), most Personal Injury, Federal Housing, Lemon Law, and Class Action cases. Please note that we reserve the right to decline representation of any matter. If we decline representation of a particular matter, we may refer your case to a local attorney with expertise in that field. Contact us for a consultation.
